well for starters you couldve attached this to the other thread in a reply -.-*
but since your new and trying to submit something i'm not going to lecture you besides saying that you can attach things to replys so you dont need a whole other thread.
as for submitting it, first you need to log in. then where the login box was there will be a few fields and an upload button. insert the proper images, upload, and test it with a few hairs, clothes, etc. just to make sure its good. once it fits well, click share resources. it should show all your uploaded items.
