Title problem

I reciently was able to get my Title onto my RPG but, now when I try to use it, it appears as just the bland Blue Screen with Start Load and Quit on it. I tried this with one of the original designs the ones RPG maker 2003 gives you automaticly and those don't work either. Whats up?
