I Need Help With A Pose

Well Heres the story. Im helping Seth with his game   The Norain Dancer and I cant seem to get this pose right.Its a pose of this guy(look down) stabing a sword forward. I relly dont want anyone to do the pose for me I just want an example on how to do it. Reason being Seth says he only wants the poses done by me.
