Help me!

I am new to this and new to rpgmaker. But every time I want to download rpgmaker it says I need a acount but then when I make a acount when I click down it says invaild data This has happen to me on 4 diferent  comps so please tell me is this happening to everyone or is it just me. Or how can i get rid of it
