Strange little question - looking for possibly a tool that doesn't even exist:

Does anybody by any chance have any whereabouts of a program/tool/whatever that can... say, 'accent' text? Like, it takes a sentence, typed in normal English, and then the tool will take this sentence, and apply an accent to it through modifying language rules, and result's in a sentence with the same meaning, but said in a much different style. Chrono Cross is a good example of what I'm talking about.
Here's a page that is ALMOST exactly what I'm looking for
. It does exactly what I want it to do, but it's options are not practical for any of the purposes I want.
So, anybody up to help me out?

I do something like this too. Here are a few sites that I use.
This one translates into English accents like Yorkshire and Irish.

This is actually a real translator. I usually translate something to another language, then translate the new language back to English. It makes it set up as if the person has an accent.

I'm glad you found a site using German and Sweedish accents. I've been looking for that.

My pokemon bring all the nerds to the yard, and they're like you wanna trade cards? Darn right, I wanna trade cards, I could trade this, but not my charizard.

I never thought about using Babelfish like that. Both those sites are near exact what I am looking for. Thanks!
