XP Guardian, or all variants of it.

This is one nasty virus...  It's a fake virus scanner that shuts off your firewall and bugs the hell out of you for credit card info.  Not to mention, it also makes using your PC generally frustrating.

Anyone else ever get it?  I just killed it on my laptop, but my sister's is completely fuсked up as a result.

My old laptop had a Vista Guardian or something like that. Bunch of fake ads to download the full version of it. When I got rid of it, it was like a bunch of different trojans and crud. This was back when Deathreaper and I reported getting virus messages after coming on here.

I was able to kill it before it did much.
