What video game are you currently playing?

I'm currently greatly enjoying New Vegas, because my dad decided to buy it for me for some reason.

I'm trying to decide if I should get New Vegas, or Medal of Honor, any recommendations?

Grand Theft Auto Vice City. I've played it a million times but never actually listened to it's story.

Depends.
Did you really like Fallout 3, to the point if another DLC was to be announced for it, you'd buy said DLC?
If so, get New Vegas.
It's a ton of fun, if you like Bethesda's Fallout.
But, it's not much different than Fallout 3...just has a couple of new features.

Currently shooting Powder Ganger's with a night-vision hunting rifle.

Same here, but it plays more or less the same.
Well...save the huge difference in guns, and changes to armor.
Other than that, it feels like a heavily modded Fallout 3.

Oh, and crafting is vaastly superior.

Nethack (graphical version) mostly.  I've recently fallen in love with it although I first tried to play it quite a while ago. I love being an archeologist and digging away at walls and tinning my own food.
