the img tags...Forum code?...umm eg http://www.geocities.com/CapitolHill/1450/winlogo.jpg is the pic address so i put the img tags on it so...The forum could NOT establish a connection to this image: somepic..jpg

Join up to an image hosting site(such as imageshack), and upload the images that you want to put in your posts. You should get a ton of codes for the images you upload(the certain codes work in certain places), copy the one that is for forums, it should have the two IMG things between the image location, and paste it in your post. Using this, you can put more than one image in your post, and save bandwith while doing so!
