I missed some important ones.  

Donkey Kong Country Series: (SNES) Especially the first one, Donkey + Diddy rule.

Mario Kart Series: (SNES - GCN) I'm a bigger fan of the SNES and GCN versions, but any Mario Kart is good to me.

GTA Series: (PSX/PS2) Classic series. So much freedom.

Morrowind: (PC) Even more freedom, so much to do!

AFL Live Series: (PSX/PS2) I love the real game, so I love this series too. Go Crows!
