No more stupid resource, plz

I'm tired to see in Complete Resources update those "bad drawn" "Stick men"! Those stick men STINKS! They should NOT be allowed! They are a stupid art made by a "Dah, I'm a idiotique artiste!", and I'm tired of it! Those stick men just slows down the page! Can someone warn one of those "Idiotique artiste" to stop with those useless attempts on spriting?

We don't have the power to say that isn't the best that the aurthor can do. I'm sure it isn't, but theres no way we can prove this. It's been talked about before, there for, this thread is a little pointless. Check in the complete resource uploader forum for the old one.

I'd hate to see someone's work rejected because it sucks.

If someone submits something that is crappy but shows effort, it should be allowed. But seriously, stick men? Even if it is the best they can do, anyone with a little bit of common sense can tell that they're submitting just for the fact of submitting. There's a big difference between a crappy sprite and a useless one.
