Im not good with all the coding things but I was talking about an offline genorator like when my internet is down and I wanna make a charset or something I can make it without going on Charas see what I mean?

Well, why not use Charas-ex? if you want more resources, you can add them yourself. I also think that Gary is making a newer version of the program.
