I'm not as forgiving as everyone else.  I just think if Alex bans an account, it should stay banned since that's his intention.

Normally, when a banned user is found to have another login name, the double login is banned immediately. That said, I'm not doing it.

I'm pretty sure we ban users until such time that they are fit to come back to the community. Most people just get angry and leave forever so it' never mattered too much. But if Kairou has already been among us without causing trouble, it seems that he has paid his time and changed his attitude.

I'm going to leave the other login banned unless Alex says otherwise. Welcome back Kairou.
