No, that's his twin brother, Ujelsab. Ujelsab was in fact waiting for the right time to asassinate the bald man, because the bald man inherited a large fortune from his wealthy grandfather wheras Ujelsab did not. However this side story does not appear in the comic. Thankyou and good day.
