Alex won't be banning or deleting any accounts, because he seems to have better things to do these days, and when he is around on the forums it's to add major changes to the generators or solve massive problems, not read a long rambling thread about someone who is bitter and wants to leave.

I have the power to ban or delete accounts, but I'm not doing it either. Deleting accounts creates a weird sort of black hole in the forums... all the posts by a deleted account become errors. It's sort of cool to look at, but I'm sure it probably messes up the HTML somehow. As for banning, I'm not going to ban people that want to leave, because so many come back, so I want them to be able to come back easily and rejoin Charas without having to nag me to unban them.  

If you REALLY want to "ban yourself" you can change your password to something you'd never remember, but Alex is the only one that issues new passwords, so if you do that you might be gone for a very long time indeed.
