Actually, that can be done in paint, if you keep shrinking your work with progress it would end up loking like that. His look's pretty messy, so that may be the case.

This is all really.... dumb. If he said he did it with MS paint, woopie. Who cares what he did it with, it's the fact that he did it. Now, if he took it from someplace, then that's a different story. But, point staying, I don't give a crap what he made it with.

However, if you have this fabled 'talent' , could you try doing an RTP style for 2K3? I was thinking, that, if you did in fact do those with paint, you could make a pretty damn good RTP chara.

There is actually NO color limit, I believe GhostClown made a tutorial about it. Though, I forget if it was stickied or not, and I'm too lazy to give you the link.
