I'm not that keen on how Frontpage exports web pages, but it should save them as .html files, meaning you simply need to upload them. One thing you should check, though, is how Frontpage links to files. If it's kinda stupid, which it probably is, any image files or links on the pages point to locations like, "file:///C:My Websiteindex.html" or something similar. Once you decide on a host you'll need to change all of those manually to something like, "http://www.myhost.com/myname/index.html". An alternative is simple using referenced filenames.

Referenced filenames are when you don't add the website name or directory name before the rest of a filename. It's easier to explain with an example. Say we own http://www.mysite.com. We want to put an index page at http://www.mysite.com/index.html. In that index, we want to link to http://www.mysite.com/page2.html. To do that, we'd put a link tag and use this as the URL to go to:

<a href="page2.html">Blah</a>

See how we only put the name of the file? If one file is linking to another, or using an image file in it's page, and they are both in the same directory, you simply need to put in the filename. Be warned, however, this will not work if both files AREN'T in the same directory.

Another alternative is using a / first, which pulls you up to the root URL. For example, the link:

<a href="http://www.mysite.com/blegh/whee.html">Hurrr</a>

is the same as:

<a href="/blegh/whee.html">Hurrr</a>

And unlike in the previous example, using the / first will work anywhere on the site, because it is going straight back to the root.

As for a host, http://www.bizhat.com , http://www.brinkster.com , and http://www.50megs.com all appear to be decent choices, although Bizhat is stupid in that they require you to post on their forums to get some of the more advanced features (granted, the features they offer are pretty damn good).

If you're going to act all haughty like that, might as well use Notepad instead.
