thanks for your opinion
as for the chick, i kind of wanted to breed the mystery and fantasy of rpgs into an alternate history shooter- i thought it would be something unique and new to the world of rpgs.  As for time periods, i am talking from 1700s the 1800s, that is somewhat broad- i will narrow it down soon.  I hope to include swords, pistols, muskets(or rifles) and cannons, and possibly the use of a bayonett.  Most of it will take place in the carribean, althogh it will start in europe and may extend to other regions of battle.
