I don't know the site personally, but there is a Final Fantasy Fangame on Gaming World that uses those same charasets.

After working on it, I've decided to redesign the custom menu. It will not look like this.

Tough luck to those who liked them.  :p

I'm gonna try to make them look more Old-Style Maplike. I want it to look more uniform.

All I really wanna know is if I can use the smaller sprites instead of the big-goofy ones. I'll have to do something about the two black icons, but would these be easy to recognize?

Keep in mind, if you view at full screen, it's very easy to see.

I see nothing wrong with that.

Plus, the FF fan-game or whatever failed horribly. It's not even worthy of mention.

Use the smaller ones. I would suggest you make a new one for the sword/X. In small form, I can't tell what it is.
