Mother's Day
« on: May 14, 2006, 11:54:50 AM »
Well, today in Brazil is Mother's Day, and we give presents and we eat altogether and so on...

So happy Mom's day to your mothers! Long live to them!

Gwahaha. In Antwerp we have it somewhere in August. However, a happy birthday to my schoolmate today.

I wished my mommy a happy day. However, I'm not a mother, though I might have one.

I gave her 50 bucks, as I'm not good at choosing gifts.

And she took it!? Geez, my mom would think I was kidding, or wouldn't accept it or something...

Well, anyway all I did was the same Meiscool did, and I said it in French too. Not a lot, but my family doesn't go all out with Mother and Father's day, though we do celebrate them.

I just bought her a bottle of her favorite perfume. But it was a big bottle, so she liked it. :)

I have $30 on me, and that won't go very far... Especially since I WAS saving it for a new game... I'm so selfish... Mebe I'll just do what I do every day: Don't cause trouble. That's it! I'll not do anything regrettable for a year! Easiest gift ever!

It's mother's day here, but I'm completely broke (looking for a job) so I didn't get her anything.

Woah, it seems you guys really take it seriously giving expensive gifts; I didn't even know it was mother's day.
