Okay, can anyone help me find some type of resource site for sound effects, specifically ones from the MegaMan X/Zero series?

I can't post links here because of the No RPGM download links rule, but I can give you a few over MSN.

Okay, I figured out how to isolate the sfx in ZSNES at least, so if anyone knows how to directly record from ZSNES lemme know. I found some people talking about ripping the sounds spc files with ZSNES, but not how to do so. So now, does anyone know how to rip spc files?

If you have windows you can use the default sound recorder program to do so. Open up "All Programs" then go to "Accessories" then click "Entertainment" and it should be right around there. Now, from here you need to configure your sound settings. It's very simple, open up your Master Volume Control. Go to options and click on properties. Below where it says "Adjust for:" or something to that effect check "Record". Below that, make sure where it says, "Show the following volume controls:" you select Stereo. After that click apply or okay. Before you you have your recording controls. Now, find Stereo amongst the other listed options, below it at the bottom check where it says "Select". Turn the volume up a bit under stereo(you may have to adjsut this to your own liking while recording to reduce the white noise), unplug any mics you have, play the sound or song while recording using window's default "Sound Recorder" and tah-dah! You've just recorded something in your computer internally. You've got you're sound effect which you will be able to save as .wav through "sound Recorder". Just clean it up a bit and get rid of the excess "empty" sound in the recording by going to edit in "Sound Recorder" and you're done.

SIDE NOTE: Be sure you don't have any other programs that could interfere or make sounds that would be recorded as well and produce an unwanted "ugh" kind of sound.

Hopefully that wasn't too confusing. BTW: This is a nifty technique anyone can use to go to "sound sites" play a sample and record it, thus ripping the sound effect without paying a retarded 1.99 for a sound effect. Who the hell wants to BUY a sound effect anyway?
