Another thing that peeved me is that they showed the ENDING in the trailer!! THEY SHOWED THE CLIMAX GOSH!

Saphira is really good. I liked how they made her according to the cover. Durza also looks, well, AWESOME! He looks exactly like I imagined him, with the hair, eyes and stuff! Except he has more marking on his face then I thought, but that makes him looks cooler.

I think the men are just men, because theere were some men in the army. If they took out Urgals, ugghhh...

And did I mention I look a lot like Eragon?

I've been tracking the movie for a while, I heard somewhere that urgals weren't going to be in the movie. Or rather, they were going to be in the movie, but instead of being the monster type creatures, they were just going to be men. I don't know if that was accurate or not, but thats what I heard, and I didn't see any urgals in the trailer, and since urgals are a big part of the book, I'm kinda thinking it was right.

Yeah, I think everyone looks really cool. Except Eragon of course, he's as ugly as **** :p

Hell Yeah! Just recovered all my old rm2k/3 games from my 10 year old, broken laptop hard drive that had been formatted and had a new OS installed on it. Oh, and I did all of this from my phone. WIN

Lol, well I got sick of waiting 3 hours for the trailer to load when I want to watch it, so, I found a way to actually download it from the site rather than just watching it :)

Back to the actual trailer, I was hoping that they'd have a voice for Saphira in it. Last I heard, they were having trouble finding a good voice actor for her. I haven't heard who was selected, but I wanted to see what she sounded like :( Though techinically, she doesn't talk...

Looks interesting to say the least. I myself have not heard of the books, or of the movie up until now.

But I can't get over the fact Eragon is obviously Dragon with the first letter increased by a letter. It bothers me.

Ineed, I wish they would have found a better name. From what I heard, Eragon comes from one of Anne Mcarthy's books on dragon riders. And in the actual Eragon book, the name eragon was supposed to be the first dragon rider's name. So I guess its supposed to be symbolic or something that the eragon (the main character) has that name. Maybe its resemblence to the word dragon also means something, but if it does, I haven't gotten that far in the book yet.

Also, it seems that the names of the books follow a pattern, they're 6 letters, and start with E. The first book is Eragon, the second book is Eldest. So thats probably another reason why the auther wanted to use that name.

Before I read the book, I felt the same way. Though, I thought Eragon was the name of the dragon. All the other names are pretty cool and original, after I started reading the book, i just thought of eragon as another name and not dragon with an e.

The 3rd books name is "Empire".
