I think the reason there are so few girls on this website is that.... guys make better nerds.

NO, that is not a gender-bias comment, nor is it a sweeping generalization.  It's just that guys are usually more interested in stuff like computers and video games, while girls tend to.... do other stuff.  So, it's completely understandable that a website devoted to a video game-making computer program is lacking a substantial female populace.
