The prelude is kind of generic, and reminds me of the typical Zelda plotline.  The starting off hunting a boar (though used in Tales of Phantasia) is a neat idea.

Also, is this perhaps the transformation?: http://i71.photobucket.com/albums/i133/daetyrnis/Random%20Stuff/aaaaaaaaaaaaa2.png

Good luck!

The whole good/evil power, evil fighting good, thing and such is all over used and cliche. Something more original there would be nice, but otherwise, looks decent.

Fusion? Transform?!?

Have you ever played Naufrager Crimson: Legacy 001? I think you do! The graphics are from that game, so is the main character, so is the transform(nemesis) technique, so is the Fusion, so is the battle system...and so on!!!

...aside that, the features look good but the story is cliché.

Those graphics are NOT from Naufrager Crimson: Legacy 001 or whatever. Those graphics are ripped from various snes games. A lot of the graphics in Naufrager came from Star Ocear, probaby a few other games as well. You can't blame him for using graphics from naufrager, otherwise you'd have to blame naufrager just as much for using graphics from star ocean. A LOT of games use the same graphics unless they were customly made, which these were not. And transformations and fusions are in a lot of games as well, and it doesn't mean they were copied from naufrager.

DragonBlaze using the word 'cliché' is cliché.
Good vs Evil has been used for thousands of years because it's a GOOD concept.
Ok? Die in hell.

Cliche is just a word. Its like saying talking in english is overused. Sure, I could have said unoriginal or something instead, but it would have meant the same thing. And while saying that something is cliche may be used a lot, it doesn't change the fact that the thing described is still cliche.

Good vs Evil is a good concept, but not one to base an entire story off of. Why is one force good, and why is one force bad? Everything needs reasons, and once things get reasons and stories behind them, its not really a matter of good vs evil anymore, its one unique side vs another, which is a lot better conflict.

Having the good force vs the bad force is very cliche and used a lot. And if you play a lot of games, seeing the same basic ideas in plots again and again gets very old.

Its kinda hard to tell someones expresion from text since it really doesn't show emotion or anything like that. Unless you use smilies a lot  :]] But anyway, it sounded like (to me at least) that you were complaining that he was using graphics and such from another game, which is kinda stupid since the other game used graphics from Star Ocean in the first place. But anywayz, no worries.

One glaring problem I see is the gfx. If I were you, I'd try not to mix chipsets because it makes people less likely to play your game since people are gfx whores these days.

Not to be a stickler,  but the elf has rounded ears. Is that an intentional feature, or forgetting to touch up something?

My boards. Some really good RPing here.

Save one more resource as JPEG or GIF and I'll club whomever does it with a baby seal.
