Daemon Tools?
« on: March 20, 2007, 10:28:15 AM »
Does anyone know how to use Daemon Tools? I have it installed and everything and a PSX Emulator and I was told it works as a virtual drive for the computer.

My CD-R drive no longer works because im a dumbass and jammed the tray by pushing it back in instead of hittin the button again  :(

..anywho, I this is true about what I've heard about DT, I have a PSX Emulator with the correct Bios adn everything, and I have The Legend of Dragoon ISO on my computer, (all the discs).

So if anyone would like to explain to me how I could use this, I'm a great listener. Thanks

I don't know about a PSX emulation being able to work with Daemon, but I use it a lot for... Illegitimate games... Just right click the tray icon, click the amount of drives you want made (I use three, but that's just me), then left click the icon and click on one of the blank new drives. Navigate to the file you're trying to open, and open it with the virtual drive.

Uhh I know it can work with the pxs emu but only with the CD drive plugins that allow you to select which drive the CD boots from..don't ask which one it's been too long. =D

1. Daemon Tools can work with ePSXe
2. if you're using an iso you can just load the image in ePSXe, no virtual drive required
3. wow this is pretty illegal
