The game actually sounds mediocre, not awful. Sounds a lot like a beginner's project to me, honestly. I think the idea of fangames is a bit stupid however and especially can't stand final fantasy fangames. I mean, there's 14 of em, you don't need a hundred more. As for the "X game meats real world concept," well, it wouldn't work. It's been tried with other, better games, books, movies etc. and failed just about every time. Try something original, like a Forgotten Realms fangame (proud creator of one), or something unique. The world is done with Final Fantasy fangames. Why aren't you?

O.K. look.  come on people. out of like 30 posts the has only been one good one.  i mean seriously, lighten up people.  ya'll think too one dimensional.  i mean come on, your judgin it before it even comes out.  
just because you played one doesn't mean that mine will be the same way.  take a break and post sumthin besides negative comments for a while i mean really.



P.S.  to tell you the truth, i know in my mind the game will be a sucess.  
ya sure it's not exactly original, but the storyline, the new chars, and sum new skills are.  let me ask you a q?  in any ff have you ever heard of these three following classes, Demon Knight, Angel Knight and Staff
Knight.  and that is just for starters.  and i have put alot of thought into this game.  i started thinkin about it in oct of last year.

I'm not saying its a bad idea, just a tired one. I've seen this concept tried before on another RPG maker site, and it failed horribly. Of course, it may just be my dislike of FF games after 1 and 3, but still. Some originality in the concept wouldn't hurt.
EDIT: Wow, the I just looked at the title again and it made me want to start singing it to the tune of Ultimate Showdown....

Megaman has been teleported to the water-planet of "Got Socks?", except "Got Socks" is actually the real universe and earth just plains sucks because it really doesn't exsist. On the planet, a train going 57 miles per hour is heading north carrying nine passengers. Two get off on the first stop, three get on at the next stop after. Get the hidden crystals by stopping the train. Stop the train by achieving the secret power level and using the Supersword. Find X.

you see i'm not like everybody else, i won't judge it till i play it.  and my mind is always wide open when it comes to rpg games.  if you did poorly i'll tell you, "yea, it's sucked.".  if you did good in my mind i'll tell you good job.
