As far as avatars go, I think more people need logos.

It looks terrible and I'll tell you why. See how in the red section, the dark red touches the light green? And then the light green squares touch the dark pink ones? Now, dark purple ones are touching light yellow ones, and dark yellow ones are touching dark blue ones.

More importantly, the whole thing is not even. You have one diagonal row of yellow of 5 blocks that should be blue. So what you'll want to do is convert those 5 blocks to blue, and then swap all the dark blue and light blue squares around.
