XD I used to watch Mummies Alive and Sonic as well. But when it comes to shows around that time, nothing can beat The Super Mario Brothers Super Show!
Do the Mario!

Voltron
Mummies Alive
ReBoot
Beast Wars (Which was better than ReBoot, although not as obscure).
Gargoyles
Sonic

There was this other show, really obscure, but I can't remember the name. Was about these Shark guys that like... swam in ground, had 4 limbs, and fought crime or something. O_o

Was awesome, but I can't remember the name. ;.;...

It honestly WAS TMNT, but sharks swapped for Turtles. XD

That's it Rowan.

Street Sharks. It was a rip off of TMNT to the core. But it was great!

Man, this thread really is bringing back memories. There's only a few shows here I didn't watch!

Rocko's modern life
Beetlejuice (Cartoon Series)
Gargoyles
Tailspin
Chip and Dale Rescue Adventures
Are you afraid of the Dark
Beast Wars

Wow...

What about the original power rangers? With the red, blue, black, yellow and pink rangers? And the dinozoids. Man, I loved that show. I find it funny, that all kids shows now are soo dumb! Dora the Explorer and **** like that. WTF? And my generation seems to have less violence then the younger ones. Probably because we grew up watching it and learned it was wrong. Parents these days...

+ 10 million points for this man!

Well, since I didn't say it before...

SWAT KATS!

As for old cartoons having been real dumb, I've got to disagree to that statement as a whole: MOST old kids shows were dumb. I still watch a lot of them, though, and I know I'm not the only one who still loves Batman: TAS and Spiderman: TAS. Those are two prime examples of (not obscure) cartoons from back in the day that ruled the school.

"OMG, did he just say 'ruled the school'?"
Yes. Yes, I did.

Oh God, where to start . . .

Reboot
Rocko's Modern Life
Mummies Alive
Beetle Juice
The Adams Family
Gargoyles
Rugrats (Although it wasn't that obscure)

Now, non-cartoon things:
The Secret World of Alex Mack
So Weird
Are You afraid of the Dark?
Legends of the Hidden Temple
All That (Original :P)
Figure it Out!

And a lot of other things I don't remember XD

Mummies Alive and Gargoyles were awesome back then. xD

EDIT: Who remembers Batfink?!

Man, that was awesome. It was like, the cheesiest show ever. Was kind of terribly bad, but really awesome at the same time.

I once set a stuffed animal on fire due to Darkwing Duck..... it's a long, long story.....
Are You Afraid of the Dark? used to scare the pants off me. Especially the one with the vampire in the hospital, and the one with the lizards that turned into people.....  :o

Oh man, I remember a lot of the Are You Afraid of the Dark episodes...

Remember that creepy old fat guy that was in a bunch of episodes, like the one where there was a room that had your greatest fear in it. The one guy was afraid of a guillotine, and I can't remember how he escaped..

Good times.

I think I remember this show. Isn't that the one where a group of kids would sneak out at midnight and sit around a campfire to tell stories? That one up there was my favorite episode.

Edit: While on the subject, I know every single one of you had read at least one.

My favorite Are you Afraird Of The Dark was the movie special:

The Legend of the Silver Sight.

The most obscure thing I watched when I was little was Gadget Boy. It was about a lil Inspector Gadget when he was a kid and had all the robotic stuff, which is a contradiction to the original show, but eh, still good.
