Which I've played abit of and have yet to care about it. At least ToD had some fun stuff to start out with..... I still grin every time Leon zaps Rutee. Sadistic little brat.
Tales Online? I..... would die. Maybe. I'm an FF addict, and have never touched FF11. So.... who knows?

All the videos I saw... it haunts me whenever i see one. Looks trully awesome.

Look for it on youtube if you havent already.

Just type in Tales of Eternia Online, a bunch should come up.

Too bad Namco ran out of moneys to support the game =/

I hate FF, and I played FF11.

Aint that weird? Sadly, I didn't like it. Way too complex, at least to my likings.

I still fail to see how being a pirate would help me here.
Unless I were to pirate translated copies of he remake or something.
Which could work.
Of course, being a pirate and having an awesome hat and a really cool sword would make me feel better. *grin*

For the life of me the "Tales of" characters never stood out too much to me. They looked too similar to each other after a while O_o... but the system is fun. I like moving around freely in battles. Which is why I also loved the Swordcraft Story games and Devil Summoner: Kuzonoha Raidou.

And I agree with FF. Meh but some were ok.

Yeah a lot of the characters have look alikes. A LOT.
Like how in Tales of the Abyss there's the guy that looks like zelos.

Than again, FF has this trend with blondes.

Hahah, Leon and Rutee.... hahahahah..... *dies laughing at poor girly emo boy*
Errr.... sorry.
Most of it's not in the appearance, but in the twists and growth they show as the story progresses. By the middle of the game, they're totally different people, most of them. And we all know how I loves the character growth.

^ I get what you mean. I guess when I'm looking at a storyline, I don't really focus on the plot twists or the character development. I don't mind if the character is the same person at the end of the story.

Though I DO love FF6. ^^

FFVI is greta for all that too. If it weren't for the awesome progression you see in the people, which connects you to the story, I don't think it would be as popular. You know, the whole crazy advisor guy decides to take over the world..... yeah, no.

Don't talk about Kefka. He INVENTED the cliche. Plus he was funny. :p

Can you honestly name anyone else who succeeded in taking over the world?

Tales of Destiny was the first Tales of.. Game I played.

IT ROCKED. I thought the disk was scratched when I originally played it, because there was this part where you had to put in a password, and it never actually tells you what the password is. It does however make a beeping sound when you put in a different very predictable word, so I thought it was scratched because the door wouldn't open after I put in the predictable word, OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

Yeah, the game is long, and it is interesting. It's much different then Tales of Phantasia, Eternia and Symphonia, as it has nothing to do with the summon spirits, instead you get Swordians, which are ancient talking swords from a War long ago. Good ol' battle system though. I gave up hope on finding it online or in stores, and that drove me down the dark and twisted road of evilness that quite a few people on this board dislike me for.

Kefka? Nah. Only in video games. One of the oldest fantasy cliches ever, that.

Maybe I'll rant about my failures in the horrible dungeons once I've got my hands on it. Or occasionally swear loudly at certain whiny emo boys when they anger me.

Name six occasions that this has happened, and then look for that event here.
