You dont know if someone needed to use it.  If they did, they couldent. SOMEONE WAS PARKED THERE.  Your logic makes me laugh.

He's not being ridiculed.  Its just kind of silly to complain about a ticket if you parked in a handicap spot.  There is always a sign there to tell you its for handicaps only.  If theres no sign, the spot is painted a different color.  It is not hard to see and its there for a reason.[/B]

Well, I talked to my lawyer... well... my parent's lawyer.

He said to take pictures of the area, to show that it's possible that I didn't see it. So I will... because I don't have 350 bucks...

Honestly, the way I see it, you were just having fun with your friends and too caught up in the moment to see where you parked.  Its an easy mistake to make, but it happens.  Just pay it and let that be that.

Also i want a horse.  A horse made of gold.  Because motorcycles are for pussies who don't have horses made of gold.
