about face generator

how come I can't save anything? I've clicked save as, and copy and pasted, but I don't know how to make it work. it used to work, but it doesn't anymore. when I save it, it's just the paper with the windows logo on it. not really a file. so what should I do?

Are you sure your saving it with a filename extension like png or bmp? Or just try renaming the file as -something-.png/bmp.

I'm sure I'm saving it with a filename extension. I use png but it pops up as a php. and it doesn't work....

EDIT: ok, I never knew "I" had to put .png at the end of the name. but now it's an actual file, the hole face is blank! what should I do?

erm...i just right click, save as...o.o i dont know if its how all of you do it. I dont really see the slightest difference what it can make...infact, i dont even know why that button is there anyways.

In my opinion, the problem come from your computer, it can't read the program very well and create problem in.

I have seen this problem. I have it too.

You NEED to save as a bitmap, not a .png, and make sure you type in the bitmap extention yourself. Then you can convert it to a .png with another program.
