Who wants a video review of their game?
« on: August 12, 2008, 12:02:51 AM »
If anyone wants me to review their demo or completed game, I'm offering to do video reviews for youtube. It's a good way to get feedback, and to get exposure for your game. Also, it helps others to see game reviews. So post here with a link if you want me to download any of your games.

So you're saying you'll make a movie of yourself playing the game while reviewing it?

I'm not sure what you mean.

I'm going to do what everyone else did- record their screen, show key bits of the game, and review it through audio.

Would be great if you would review my game:

http://savefile.com/projects/808662508

Remember to play it you have to go into the database and change the starting level of Roth to 1 instead of 15 what its set at, I can't reupload the game for a few days due to internet problems... like dialup

Hi guys! I'd love to review your games, but linkforce, your file is a .rar. If you could link me to a zip, I'll gladly download it. Or else, PM me and I'll send you my msn so you can send it to me that way.

EDIT: for some reason, my computer seems to not recognize the rpg rt files anymore. When I try to open them I get an error which says it doesn't know what program to open it with...My rm2k3 is installed properly (I even reinstalled it). Let me just take a look to make sure my rtp is ok.

Hmm, a review of my game could be cool to get it more exposure, even though I haven't touched it in a while. If you get around to it, it would be nice, thanks!

Here's my game thread: http://www.charas-project.net/forum/index.php?topic=21979.0

The latest demo is at the bottom of the first post (still the one from a while ago). If it ends up being too difficult, there's a "long ratio" version in the edit above the last edit at the bottom. However, that version is the first demo and only includes the first world.

The world 2 password is GGABF and the world 3 password is ACFCD if you want to skip.

But aren't the RPG_RT files EXE's?

Once I get my demo out. Or you could go through the original demo. . . which is here: http://www.charas-project.net/forum/index.php?topic=20117.0
See what you think of that. This restarting thing hurts my soul. A lot.
