Why?

How come on the map my char has a box around him and his hair is transparent.  This is odd, anybody know?

 >:  Heres the thing, the color of the top left box in the palette is the transparent color, if that color is being used in your characters hair, the only way to fix it, is to change the characters hair to a slightly different shade of that color, or a completely different color. Pretty much, just change all the parts of his hair that blend in with the background. >:
