Sorry but I won't help you guys. I'm considering entering with Multiverse Works, and all-round site (Flash, games, art, sprites).

Okay, I don't know if this goes here, but I just wanted to ask:

I'm aoikiwi and I'm on the STG staff team. Our staff's been working really hard on this project and we've spent many hours making original resources, so I just wanted to know before we got any further what the probability is, of several communities pulling out finished, totally original games by the deadline.

I don't mean to insult anyone's motivation or anything like that, but since we're investing so much time in this i just wanted to make sure there won't end up being, like, 2 or 3 communities participating in the end, or no one with a finished game.
If we do this, we want it to be competetive, up against some awesome games, and have our game be worth what we put in it. I'm sure all communities seriously into the competition feel the same way about this.

So please, tell me if you think there's going to be enough communities that take this seriously, pull through and finish, for us to put our all into it!

Thanks,
-Aoikiwi

Don't really know how many, evenif i hope everyone.
This is something only staffs of other partecipating communities may reply to.
As for Charas, main contest staff members seems to be really involved, i think i can say we're in!
Anyhow, i sent a PM to contest's team leader, to come here and say how's Charas going.

About the other comunities, i'm afraid you can only ask them directly (evenifi saw movement here and there on contest's subject)

Dear Aoikiwi,

I'm not sure about other sites but I know ours will be there for the finish ^_^, some of our members have been working very hard as well. We're having some trouble finding motivation, but we're doing good over all. Especially since last week, we've really started going! But like I said before, I'm not sure about other sites, but we'll be at the finish line with you ^_-

Is it too late to sign up? I think i could do good on charsets/battle sets. I've been spriting for about a year and i have experience making sprites for games (not RPGM2k). I think i would  do good and this seems like fun.
