Yes. You read right. A VB Character Generator jsut like the one on this site jsut in a program format. People who are on laptops on airplanes who can't have the internet can just open up the program and create their charas. How about that. There will also be avalible updtaes that kepe the program up to date with the site.

Yeah, I wish you good work, so!
Anyhow you're not the first one thinking on this!
There are some cool projects that is in developements for chara makers offline, "translated" form Charas.
So the idea isn't copyrighted at all, and NO rights are reserved, ok? This is a free utility, so the only reserved idea is MINE!!!
Ehm... ok, i was joking! ^_^.
But anyhow please keep everything free, this is the only way to guarantee base resources for everyone. If you'll use the ones of Charas, remeber to ask permission to the Authors, before.
Good luck for your proj!

Well first I have to find some time at school to think of the layout plan for it. LOL. Then I will have to read some more in my VB book. Then actually start to design it on the computer. Then put in all the code.

to late
http://caosandkin.bei.t-online.de/rpg/charmix/charmixer.ex.1.03.02.26.zip
In english and german.
P.S.: Written in PureBasic.
The Programmfile is only 161KB big (no runtime needed).
The Charmixer.EX can only import BMP (I work on PNG-Support). But Charmixer.EX has a recolor-Feature.
And at the moment there are not many resources included. Also the credits-Section is missing.

I think you can open a topic for this proj, GPI.
This way users may know it and start a good beta-test of it!

Don't know, but i REALLY doubt: in case you didn't notice, this was a "more than one year" old topic.
And you performed a guinness topic kick.
