It's not bland, it's sleek and stylized. And, Reain's text is the "forum" text. And plus, if anyones banner gets put in there it's Carmens because she asked before anyone, and hers rocks. (Yes, even though members are involved).

Thank you Robotam. wildguy started this. Then, me and him teamed up to do this little project. He made the logo, but it needed a little bit of change. I asked him if I could fix it up a bit by adding avatars. He said that was ok, so I did. This was mine and wildguy's project, and now it has become a "let's see who has the best logo" thread. That's why I'm ticked off.

Carmen should be ticked off, she made hers along time ago, and even asked Alex, and you guys come here making new ones, I hope your just doing it for fun, because I think it's only right hers is placed there.

carmen's wasn't a public project. Her's also includes members who aren't even on anymore. It also has the same members included on it more than once. This one wasn't done by one person. It wasn't done by two either. It was more or so done by the community. The ones who are most likely on. I just compiled it together.

Hers is an update of Reain's. We're not use trying to her banner right now, just design. We want to use that layout, and how it looks. Not this one made in bitmap, which looks exactly like Reain's just more people, I'm talking about making it better looking with that text. She can always change the members.

Perhaps GC is right on that point. After all Ace, you and wildguy should have talked to Alex before starting this, or did you?
But what makes me wonder is that you guys waited for them to finish and then you attack them with banners.
You could have just stoped their job to tell them that there is already a new one or something? -_-

Why the hell did I waste 4 hours on doing this anyway...

I'll answer my own question. Why did I do this? Because I wanted to make a contribution. I can't make poses for characters, or make sweet title and gameover screens, or make battle chars, or weapon sets, or sprites. I can't do that. I don't have the skills to do it. The only way I can help people out is by making maps (which there are rarely requests, or I can't do it) and finding things on the net for them. That's it. I can't contribute to the forum in any way. So I wanted to make some kind of contribution to the forum, but seeing as I don't have the fuking photoshop skills and someone else does and can make it better, I guess I was wrong in this damn idea too. So there goes my attempt at a contribution, right down the fuking toilet.
