Ever since I first joined charas I was making a game called Eternal Eve.  Well... In the Summer of 2004, in August, I was finishing up my 1st Chapter of my game. (It took me one whole year...) I was going to display it on charas as my first demo to show it to everybody, but... As you all know, my CPU first crashed. Start of September, I tried to remake the ENTIRE game from scratch once again, then My CPU crashed again... for the second time. I finally said No, and started to work on a tactics game for RM2K. I was still on the process of making my Character Sprites, when my CPU crashed again. This time... I WILL GET IT COMPLETE!!! Since I have a new CPU, broadband, Virus and Spyware protection, Im hoping that NOTHING will stop my from making my game now.

Enough of the talk! On to the game!

Osheru Shori
(Inspired by Fire Emblem and Nippon Ichi series.)

Time: Hmmm... Its hard to describe this. I'll say Mid-Modern age.. maybe. (Something like Chrono Trigger's MAIN time..)

Setting Story:
          You play as Shori Yakimo, the older brother of Hayato Yakimo. Shori is the Leader of the Ghiru Hunters. The Ghiru Hunters is a band of hunters who goes around killing animals for the mere joy of money and pleasure. As The the leader of the hunters, you can command your (troops?) to do anything.
           
Story:
          The group prepares themselves to go out on another slaughter spree. The target of kill this time is dragons. It seems lately that you can get a high price for a tooth of a dragon.
         
          So the group packs up and leaves for the nearest dragon nest they could find. What they did find were little hatchlings (Awe!!!.) Shori didn't care if they were hatchlings or not, he was going to get a dragons tooth one way or another. He and his gang ends up killing them too. Before they could celebrate, the Momma (Or Daddy dragon, Haven't made up my mind yet..) finds that his/her baby's were killed, and goes out to look for revenge on who ever had done this. Unfortunelately, Shori and his groups were the first he/she (or they if I plan on having them both.) saw and quickly goes in for the kill. Alot of Shori's men were eaten or burned to death. As one of the dragons were approaching Hayato (Shori's younger brother.) Shori galliantly shoved him out of the way, sacrifing himself to save his brother. Shori ended up getting his head bit off..poor him..

        After a couple of minutes Shori hears a loud and mighty voice from somewhere. He asks if it was god (or something.) The mighty voice replied he was the secretary on a speaker phone. Shori quickly opens his eyes, to find he is not on his home planet anymore. The secretary told Shori and directed him to the "Manager's Office." Where he meets an elf of very high looking status. The elf explained how Shori was in a realm between Heaven and Hell. The "Judging" area the elf called it, and buy the looks of it Shori would be definately going to hell of all the sins and crimes he committed. Although it seems that Shori arrived at a bad time, It seems that hell is full! No more people (or souls w/e) or allowed to enter because of the already high capacity of them in it. So the High  Elf offers him a second chance at life, only if Shori can find out and solve why the huge increase of "Prisoners" in hell. Shori accepts. Alas, The elf still haven't made up a decision on his punishment before he does this mission. *IDEA!!* The Elf decides that once he gets his second chance, he must live it as the last monster he killed for the rest of his life (Dragon), whether or not he finish his job or not. However, if Shori doesn't complete his mission, The Elf will see it that he is wiped out of time and existence himself. It's to late to back out of it now Shori!! The High Elf decides to let Nico (An ASGS Trainee (Angel Soul Guidance Society.)) accompany him to make sure he gets the job finish.

         So the two of them set off to solve the Mystery of the Hellish Overpopulation, and to help Shori get acquainted, to his new Dragonic life!

~A REAL LONG Time to complete it.

I could probably put a pic of fighting up, but it is EXTREMELY in Beta.

Don't be looking forward to a pic of Character Creation anytime soon. I still need to make all the CMS Menu's, Mapping, And Coding.

Does my overall story sound Original?

Well the story is original, except the "hell is too full so you get to live" part is pretty cliched.

I never saw that before in a game... ever. But I think "Heaven is too ful, you'll have to live" is better. This isn't about my opinion though. But overall, the story looks pretty good. Keep it up old chap.

Storyline looks pretty good so far.

Nice to see that the people in charge of the afterlife don't like the senseless killing of innocent creatures... the idea that "it's only bad if you kill a human or one of their pets" is just stupid (and unfortunately, very common in real life).

Hmm... an "eating" system? How's that work? For some reason the first thing I think of is Final Fantasy Legend 2 where the monster characters can eat meat from enemies to change form, but... having a dragon turn into a bug for no apparent reason always seemed a little screwy. Heh.

The "New" Revamped eating system.

In my old game, Eternal Eve, the eating system is just where you just sit down at a table (usually at an Inn.) and just eat, while you eat you could talk to your party members to say if they have anything to say.

Well I thought it was kinda bland so, I completly change the system. Since your a Dragon now, you must hunt for your own food. Every monster you kill you get their head, skin, arm etc.. and you have to go grocery shopping as well. (Don't worry, the food is VERY cheap.) Each food increases a characters "Fullness" meter. Also, I've added where each character has a "Preferred Choice." right off the food pyramid. For Example, The Vegetable food group is not as filling to Shori as it is to Meat. Another Example, Nico wants to keep her "Physique" So her preffered choice is Vegetables, rather then Oil and Sweets. And of course, If you don't feed your characters for a very long time, they'll end up dying. (Except main characters, which they will just be unusable in battle until you feed them.)

If you want 20 Characters! You have to feed 20 Mouths!

I like the food prefs, like in FF:CC. And if you don't feed a guy, he actually dies sounds like  it'dchallenge you tomore stratagized gameplay.
