Why is tutorials in the off topic section?
« on: June 26, 2005, 11:17:01 PM »
Tutorials aren't really off topic. They're relevent to RPG Maker. I'd at least put it under "Charas Project Extra Stuff" or something. In fact, a lot of stuff on the board could be placed better.

Couldn't agree more. Should be changed of group....assuming that any admin can do it.

The only admins that can do that are Sai and Alex, and Sai wouldn't do anything without asking Alex first.

I don't agree, though. Since the forum isn't just only for RM2K/3, it's in Off-Topic so that people don't feel limited on what they can post there. That's my take on it.

That makes sense, but a majority of them are about RPG Maker. And also, there have been games posted in the games section that weren't made in RPG Maker.

Because is not meant for tutorials ONLY for rpgmaker.

Tutorials
Tutorials
Charas, RPGM, Photoshop... everything related to digital arts

The photoshop part is kind of a hint saying it isn't only for rpgmaker tutorials, hence why is off-topic, which is right.

And we should remove those games eh?

If the tutorial forum doesn't fit in the Rm2k section, the Game forum doesn't either.
