Will the BattleChar generator ever be made?

I just joined, and I have RPG Maker 2k3, and I'd really think people who payed for this program would really like this sort of thing, and deserve it.  Of course, I don't have that much skill, but it would be great if it could happen for Charas, which I've been using for almost a year now I think.  It would be great because I can't find good battle character sets, and I can't really make good sprites, so its hard for me...heh...
