MTG Card Making Program

Well I was bored looking through the Miniteams (I was waiting for either plightofthepureblood or Weerd Thing to do my request in their miniteam, and I, for no apparent reason, went to the 2nd page and looked at the Charas Card Project mini team.

After looking atall the MTG Styled cards I learnt that it was made with a generator of sorts, but there was no link in the thread :/

Does anyone have a link to where I can download the Generator used to make those cards? I want to make some of my own...

Also... I made a new account so i can get rid of this one but for some reason the validation email hasn't come (After at least 2 weeks!). The new account is CociCookie. All I require is another validation email to be sent so I can get off this dumb account (Name is boring meeeee)
