Zip your game folder, upload it to a site such as Rapidshare, and give the link to everyone.

I'm sorry if I sound dumb, but I don't understand uploading them to rapidshare.  and when the text turns blue its zipped right?

no, use a program like winzip or winrar and then right click your folder to your game and it should give you an option to add to archive, or add to e.g: project1.rar/project1.zip what ever your game is called
