Battle Charas Problem

It's hard enough finding my way through this maze of a website, but sadly, charas is a feature I would really enjoy  if I could get it to work.  Facesets, along with charsets seem to work O.K.  But when it all gets down to battlechars, things go wrong.

ANYBODY who has gotten a battlechar to work, for the love of god post how you did it.  Nothing about them so far works, their just stupid files.
