By your reasoning, adding Last Child was a completely annoying evil scheme to get Aerosmith fans to play the game. And the rage against the machine fans would've been safe from the greedy company but they were ensnared by the malicious addition of killing in the name!!!

People know that they're spending money on these things, man. They give money, and in return, they want to be entertained. Songs like Trogdor made certain people smile and that made the game more, you know, entertaining.
