FF1 Thief rip needed

This is my first request, and it is a simple one (I'd guess).  I would gladly do it myself, if I had the slightest idea how.  I would like a direct rip of the ff1 thief battle-chara.  I have found charas of every other battler from ff1 but the poor thief has been overlooked and  neglected.  If someone would be able to fulfill this request I would be most appreciative.  If no one is able to fulfill this in a timely manner I would gladly accept a link to a tutorial on ripping sprites, as this is a must-have skill for any programmer. :)

p.s. come to find out there is no battle-chara of the red or black mage either, only their older versions.  So, if anyone gets around to it, they would all make a nice addition to the content on charas.  Once again, if anyone would like to point me to where I can learn to do this myself I would gladly do so.  Please and Thank you :)

First, get a ROM image of the game and a NES emulator. Then look on google for a program named Animget, and download it. Now, launch your game (put it so the resolution is at 1:1 size, not enlarged), then launch animget. Animget will take a screenshot of every frame in your game, so just get to the points where the animations you need are, and play the game. They will all be dumped in an Animget output folder, and you just need to cut them from the image and put them in a battlechar template.

Thanks to both of you, I must have overlooked that sprite sheet and as for animget, that's awesome I'll be getting that very soon like. :)

edit:  that spritesheet, as I thought it might, has given me problems.  A. I don't even know what to import it as (I'm guessing I'll have to slice it to bits) B. 2k3 is telling me the color depth is wrong (odd considering its 8bit)

You'll have to take off the sprites, and paste them onto a battlechar template. There are a few in the CR.

Yeah, I figured that out.  I've already got it working, did a slight recolor, and fixing to upload it.
