Might I ask what this mysterious game that's using this interesting art style is about?

Well basically Im making a sci fi rpg that starts in the 1980`s and ends 1 million years later. The art style is just more concept art intill I can get a pen tablet. I problably wont have a demo for a long time because this is extremly ambitious for me and i have to make custom everything like a california world map.
