Ah.  See, even if you find a school that does a composition program, they usually make you audition on an instrument anyway.  Well, there is literature out there.  One of my favorite pieces is for guitar actually.  If you can sing decently, you could try doing voice.  But that usually means you need to know a piece in Italian and English.  Good luck.  I've seen some really good guitar players at recitals went I was looking at Edinboro University.

Well, I had four projects to do in five weeks. Four of those weeks are now up. My intention had been to get all four projects done in these four weeks do I could spend my last week chilling and not having to rush around getting work done. Three projects are done. The fourth requires me to obtain resources which I can't get until I get back onto campus next week. Thus, despite my efforts, my last week is still going to be a Stress Festival.

Also oh my GOD DragonBlaze is here.

Yesterday, I had the "listening" portion of my Spanish final exam. I desperately need to make an "A" on it to maintain my GPA.

They play a series of audio clips, and you have to answer some questions on them. They play each one twice. After they played one of them, I was confident I knew the answers to all but one question. Then, they played it again, and right at the critical part SOMEONE COUGHED LOUDLY.

I told the professor, but she refused to play it again. FML!

I think I did okay except I got a 63% in my online health class.  I kinda kept forgetting to do the modules.  But I got a 26/30 on the final.

Stressing out a bit.

Finals are next week. I admittedly slacked off a lot at the start of the quarter, and now it's coming back to kick my ***.
I'm barely holding a 3.1 right now. I need a miracle to pass Piano II with a C, as well as Political Science.
Theory/Aural Skills? Not worried. I'm good at that.
Jury? Help! But juries are always stressful.

If I drop below a 3.0 at the end of the year, I lose $800/year in extra scholarship money. Not good. At all.

I think we're all in the stress Zone at the moment. I'm almost in the clear. Currently done:

7-hour Plasmid recombinant DNA practical
Chemistry hand-in
13 hour conference - up at 6am on Sunday
Organic Chemistry exam
Nuclear-magnetic resonance exam
Statistics exam
5-hour Vitamin C titration practical
Genetics report

All in the space of a single week. Lucky me, right?

I haven't consumed alcohol for 8 days!!!!!!!!! :'(

EDIT: 8 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I go below that, I get kicked out of the college of education. o_o

So I actually made an RM2K3 game for a Spanish group project. The game was short, about 10 minutes long, but since I was the only person who knew how to use RM2K3, I obviously ended up doing almost everything. I delegated some script-writing duties to my two group members (Even though, thanks to their slow-*** e-mail responses, I was left writing about half the script) and spent hours upon hours planning, programming, testing, finding and editing graphics, making maps, finding sound effects and music and converting it to the proper MP3 format, etc. etc. I even met with a native Spanish speaker for an hour to double-check the dialogue for grammar issues. I was fine doing all this, because I knew our project would be impressive and would no doubt get us a good grade. Even still, everyone here knows that RM2K3 is a massive time sink and even the simplest things can take hours to implement.

88.

I've never been so pissed to get a B+ in all my life.
