I'm trying to be objective here, what is the percentage of DOOOM that'd actually occur?

As far as I can tell, it's not NEARLY as balls out retarded/ignorant as SOPA was.
Still though, finding accurate, non-biased information on this is rather hard.

It's basically a strong anti-pirating law as I understand it, some people especially in the balticum is reacting strongly to it though.

Won't pass, that's all you need to know. European laws protect us against it actually passing, they'd need a law reforming before.
