Instance Not Implemented?

I was playing a game on my RPG maker 2003 and this happened  "Instance Not Implemented" then it replicated the message so many times it streamed to the right of the screen. Then it happened in Home and other games I KNOW were safe when I last used them. o.o; I already plan to ditch RPG Tsukuru 2003  for the new version but I'm wondering...Where'd this error come from and is it dangerous to other files? It seems to have infected all other files except for one little arcade game I made....it makes no sense and I can't seem to purge it. Sooo anybody on this forum ever have this problem happen before either? Cause I don't remember this from the regular bugs and crashes list of badness from way back when.

Never heard of it. Is it an error in the game or an error that windows is making?

I have a random error like that from time to time. Sadly not reproducible though.
