n00b wants to not be a n00b

Okay, how do people become [insert term for un-n00bish person] and end being a newbie? I'm very new here. but how the heck am I supposed to become awesome and respected, like SaiKar or Xen or whatever? If someone can tell me, well, I'll just try to follow that advice and eventually become great. Why do I want to stop being a n00b? So I can request ToS charsets, 'cause I can't find any and the sites I find in every search engine I come across are either non-rpgmaker or are in another language and broken down. I'd give credit so don't take me as selfish. Please help, whoever sees this.
