Charas.EX site

Simple request. I am a bit lazy to create the Charas.EX site, so if anyone is interested in making one, it would be great.

By the way, only use PHP files. They can contain normal HTML tags, but if I need to change every file to PHP I'll go nuts. I need this in case I ever wanted to add a translation modification. So also no images. Just plain text.
