I can't figure out how ot import resources. Someone please tell me!

Also, when I make a faceset and save it it says it saves as a PNG but when I go to the folder that contains it it says it was saved as a regular file. Even when add the .PNG extension and import it, it still doesn't work. Also, my computer is Windows XP.

save as .bmp and add .bmp in the name
